The event has been designed using all the very latest Covid-19 guidance and with safety firmly in mind.

As per pricing structure, there are segregated plots, mostly (3by3 metres) that will sit 2, 3, 4 or 5 adults (up to 6 people with children). Some will be (2mx2m) for just 2 adults.

Your plot will NOT be provided with seating. You are welcome to bring your own seats/camping chairs/picnic blankets to sit on in your designated plot.

Children 14 & under can go free but only one per paying adult and if the pod size does not go over six.
For example two adults could bring two children, three adults, three children, any extra kids charged at £5.00 per head.

The site has built in toilets with a one way system, and are professionally cleaned throughout the event.

There will be hand sanitising stations all around the site.

There will be local vendors on site for food and refreshments.
It is not permitted to bring food or drink into the arena.
Soft drinks permitted in unbroken sealed containers, no glassware.

The event is outside so will be at the mercy of the elements, please
be aware of the weather and prepare accordingly.
